  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Other job duties and projects as assigned.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years analyst experience
  • Experience with systems and tools such as Counterpoint, BI reporting/ Query based reporting and Oracle


Job Skills & Traits

  • Database development and query writing skills a must
  • Demonstrated experience in expert manipulation of data to quickly highlight trends and draw accurate conclusions from the data.
  • Successful experience in process improvement initiatives
  • Experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment a plus
  • Informatics degree a plus

  • Good understanding of supply chain metrics, master data, and databases
  • Team Player with experience working in a cross functional environment
  • Professional demeanor, good judgment, common sense, and passion for details
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivots, vlookups, hlookups)
  • Strong Process improvement skills
  • Knowledge of demand forecasting, total cost Analysis, and supply chain management fundamentals
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload. Multi task, and to adapt to frequently changing priorities and changing deadlines  
  • Solution oriented approach to issues that arise with excellent follow-up skills to ensure resolution
