Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility is implementing multiple Sales Tools (e.g. brochures, tradeshow collateral, sales decks, presentations, case studies, digital asset library, and client tours) and Marketing Communications (e.g. websites, PR, emails, social, and direct mail)
  • Secondary responsibility is helping drive the marketing strategy for our B2B business including researching current market trends and industry data 
  • Manage creative design, content development, archiving & distribution of company promotional materials

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of marketing experience within a sales-driven B2B organization and/or advertising agency
  • Experience in:
    • Designing and effectively communicating marketing strategy in support of company goals
    • Ideating and executing Sales Tools from brochures, tradeshow collateral, sales decks & presentations, case studies, and other client touchpoints
    • Implementing and analyzing Marketing Communication platforms across websites, public relations, emails and social
    • Leading campaigns and projects from brainstorm to anniversary

 

Job Skills & Traits

  • A love of writing, re-writing and the desire to always be better
  • Knows (and is comfortable) with MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Ideally has experience with a CMS (e.g. Word Press), Google analytics and Social platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy fundamentals
  • Creative eye for design and can communicate to creative team
  • Ability to listen to Sales and implement their vision
  • A proven trait in multi-tasking and leveraging the principles of project management within budget and timelines
  • Influence those not in a direct reporting relationship
  • Demonstrate the ability to blend analytical and creative thinking
  • Strong at establishing effective peer-to-peer relationships across departments
  • A problem solver who will thrive in an environment where decisions are made quickly and then could be changed even quicker
  • Bright, creative professional with energy to drive big initiatives, but flexible enough to accept any challenge
  • Has daily enthusiasm to do great marketing regardless of multiple strategy changes or tactical pivots
  • Excellent presentation skills
