  • The Inbound/Receiving Manager is responsible for the overall receiving functions of all incoming products to the warehouse, ensuring that these functions are performed in an efficient manner and in accordance with established procedures and policies.


  • Manage day-to-day inbound warehouse operations with regard to receiving, inventory, unloading trucks, replenishment and other items to help serve our internal and external customers.
  • Supervise direct staff to ensure smooth operations of the warehouse, delivery, and facilities in the warehouse.
  • Demonstrate a culture of excellence and constant process improvement.
  • Oversee the hiring and on-boarding process for the Warehouse while coordinating all employee activities and new hire paperwork with Human Resources and Payroll.
  • Facilitate training of new and current employees to meet compliance requirements.
  • Ensure warehouse compliance with all company safety regulations.
  • Complete accurate warehouse productivity reports for upper management.
  • Initiate employee disciplinary write-ups as needed, communicating all issues to management and Human Resources.
  • Assist with special projects as requested by management.


Experience Requirements

  • 5-7 years of warehouse management and/or logistics management experience in a complex, service-driven organization with at least 20 employees
  • Microsoft Suite knowledge, especially excel.
  • Oracle WMS experience a plus.
