Responsibilities

 

  • Processing semimonthly payroll through ADP for five hundred plus employees in multi states and multi countries.
  • Preparation and maintenance of state and federally mandated garnishments and wage verifications.
  • Maintenance and auditing of employee PTO accruals.
  • Reconciliation and auditing of employee and employer contributions for 401k.
  • Reconciliation of outsourced healthcare administrators including medical, dental and Section 125 cafeteria plan.
  • Processing of electronic timekeeping system for hourly employees.
  • Calculate and report commissions and sales incentives accurately, timely and in accordance with compensation structures.
  • Process related journal entries and reconciliations meeting all required deadlines.
  • Generate ad hoc payroll reports as requested by management and auditors.
  • Assist with financial reporting.
  • Assist in other areas of Finance department as time allows.
  • Other job duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

 

  • 7+ years’ experience in a medium to large corporate environment processing multi state payroll
  • ADP (PCPW) experience, or experience with another major payroll service provider
  • ADP E-Time software experience, or experience with a comparable system
  • Experience with ADP ReportSmith or similar report writing program
  • Supervisory experience
