This is an opportunity to join a brand-new business unit within BDA. This role will be the bridge between our corporate licensing division and our consumer products division. This is a grass roots opportunity to build a thriving business within BDA, and it requires a true entrepreneurial spirit! You will work with existing retail customers, and develop brand new business with retailers, both locally, and nationwide. The sky is the limit with this highly visible role. o Coach & mentor Account Managers on key account team
o Monitor, measure, and drive to achieve short and long term sales and profitability plans
o Be a role model for client relations – make that first impression of high-level, customer service to ensure client feels he/she will get incredible customer service from everyone at BDA
o Manage and develop contact and opportunity database
o Understand financial aspects of the accounts to make good business decisions for BDA; client reports, sales revenue, gross margins, sales reports, operating expenses, etc.
o Pitch strategy, presentation development, project management
o Work within assigned budgets and forecasts and adjust expenses to correspond with sales expectations.
o Work with Director and Divisional VP to forecast annual sales and set strategic direction for assigned account
o Give direction and partner with internal teams to develop effective sales/marketing collateral
o Ensure ease of process and high levels of professionalism when interacting with BDA employees as well as the client, while allowing for flexibility and change within the office and client’s needs.
o Develop materials for standardizing our promotional pitches
