    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage day to day order processes, including timelines, quality, client approvals, shipping and tracking to the satisfaction of the client.
    • Communicate timely order status and inventory to the sales and operations teams
    • Proactively manage orders and provide solutions to issues.
    • Provide outstanding customer service in handling issue resolution and customer escalations.
    • Provide weekly sales reports for Account Manager and/or Director
    • Create documents for sales proposals, correspondence and management reports
    • Complete value-added services tickets and other internal documents as requested by the sales team.
    • Partner with various departments within BDA to increase gross profit revenue, minimize cost of goods sold and ensure customer satisfaction while leveraging overall BDA spend.
    • Maintain high levels of professionalism when interacting with BDA employees and clients.
    • Perform inventory receipts, adjustments and other transactions within operating system.

    Experience Requirements

    • 2+ years in sales or supporting salespeople
    • 2+ years in Consumer Products industry processing retailer orders
    • Web savvy with an understanding of tools, terminology and structure.
    • Knowledge of video games industry preferred
    • 4-year college degree preferred but not required
    • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar tool preferred
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel advanced functionality
