    Responsibilities

    The role will support the Business Analyst in Sales Ops. Completing ad hoc reporting requests, weekly reports, and documenting processes.


     

    Qualifications

    • Primarily they must have Intermediate+  Excel skills, meaning:
      • Pivot tables & Charts
      • Data tables
      • Nested formulas (IF statements, etc)
      • Reference/Lookup functions (VLOOKUPS, INDEX/MATCH, etc)
      • Nice to have: Experience creating and editing VBA code for Excel Macros (OR some background or courses in other programing/scripting languages)

     

    • Other Experience/skills:
      • Documenting feedback/requirements for requested reporting/tools.
      • Testing & validation of new reporting and tools.
      • Nice to have:
        • Experience creating SharePoint pages and custom lists
        • Microsoft Flow, Power BI, PowerApps
        • Oracle EBS/CRM/PLM, OBIEE
    • Misc. :
      • Critical thinking skills are necessary.
      • Needs to be a proactive self-starter with a sense of urgency.
      • Must be willing to ask questions and voice concerns (instead of just completing the steps verbatim).
