  • Overview

    BDA is seeking a Sr. Analyst who is proficient in reporting, analysis and metrics relative to Commission and Bonus Compensation. The Analyst provides analysis on sales channel performance and incentive compensation information correlating those data points and or information into management information (i.e. reports, adhoc requests etc.).  As a member of this team, you will work with your business partners to increase the level of performance insights we deliver to internal stakeholders in an efficient way. The key responsibilities for this role include:


    • Administer commission and bonus processes by maintaining, tracking, reporting, auditing and analyzing relevant data, ensuring accurate and timely payouts in accordance with the terms of the compensation plans
    • Effectively communicate with sales and operations leadership for compensation reviews to gain necessary approvals and the sales teams to ensure they understand the drivers of their performance and related impact on their compensation
    • Research, reconcile and resolve compensation discrepancies with the team members.
    • Reporting and analyses of revenues and margin related metrics to support management decision making using various reporting tools. This includes: develop and publish reporting and analytics, implement a validation process and provide user-friendly outputs.Partner with Executives and the Sr. Manager of FP&A to evaluate workforce investments and optimization.
    • Maintain workforce actual reporting and KPI’s while driving continuous innovation and communicating to your business partners.
    • Increase reporting efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining processes, documenting deliverables and training team members on reporting tools.
    • Other specific reporting as needed and special projects as assigned.


    • 7 or more years of experience in related field (i.e., data analysis, metrics, etc.); 5 or more years of experience if candidate possesses a related degree 
    • Demonstrated financial acumen and/or analytical experience delivering compensation reporting
    • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills 
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
    • Expert MS Excel skills required
    • Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation abilities
    • Ability to work independently and see the big picture while also partnering cross functionally to influence others

    • Understand the requirements of stakeholders and map them with the data sources
