    • Contribute to creative and/or constructive team discussions to improve design deliverables
    • Contribute to ideation and product brainstorms and other multi-team discussions
    • Ensure quality standards for design, asset production and graphics treatment for CPD
    • Learn and adhere to brand guidelines, both internally and with licensing partners
    • Maintain status awareness of assigned personal projects
    • Maintain a productive and proactive working attitude with all internal teams and external licensors/venders
    • Packaging layout design: Production/Finish artist experience – (can train if needed)
    • Execute print/web advertisements, social-media campaigns, tradeshow signage/brochures to required specs
    • Photography, photo-editing, photo touch-up, asset production, image formatting, etc.
    • Assist with production/assembly of packaging samples and print proofing
    • Assist in non-design related department tasks (file maintenance, archiving, supply management, etc.)
    • Work closely and effectively with other team members of design, marketing and product development teams
    • Assist in multiple phases of design needs for completion of a wide variety of projects



    • 5+ years professional/functional design
    • 2+ years of experience in the print or packaging environment
    • Experience in consumer electronics is a plus


    • Proficient with Mac/PC software: Adobe Creative Suite
    • Proficient knowledge of multiple printing methods including: Digital, Large Format and Offset Printing
    • Proficient knowledge of photography, lighting and photo retouch and color correction
    • A creative and collaborative thinker/problem solver
    • Self-starter: Organized, good communication and project/time management
    • Able to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced production environment
    • Well-rounded understanding of print production (print, photography and color)
    • Some photography experience a plus
