    • Draft and edit Request for Proposal (RFP) responses; prepare written materials for editing and approval by Manager and other team/company leadership (ability to review comprehensive RFP documents)
    • Collect, create, or edit assets for new business projects, proposals and presentations (PPT, agendas, implementation schedules, etc.) using Microsoft Office software, including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, Project & PowerPoint
    • Collaborate in ideation and design of direct mail campaigns; responsible for tactical execution of direct mail campaigns
    • Handle day-to-day and presentation-driven tactical needs including: shipment of packages, pick-up materials from local suppliers, coordinating with internal teams, etc.
    • Creative ideation and brainstorming with Manager and/or team for presentation themes, messaging, gifting, etc.
    • Meet client driven and interdepartmental tight deadlines through excellent organization skills and prioritization
    • Other duties as assigned    


    Relevant Skills/Experience

    • Essay or research writing/school workload with heavy emphasis on writing papers
    • Grant or proposal writing
    • Marketing or Business Development internships with experience in copywriting
    • Undergrad degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Professional or Business Writing, Journalism, Public Relations, etc.



    Experience Requirements

    • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines
    • Strong writing skills required - Marketing experience preferred
    • Ability to work efficiently within Microsoft Office programs, specifically: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

    • Ability to write in the tone and style of NBD; ability to proactively seek information/guidance from internal subject matter experts and translate information into eloquent business writing

    • Ability to quickly grasp all divisions and departments of BDA/ability to navigate the organization to gather necessary information to accurately respond to RFIs and RFPs
    • Ability and enthusiasm for ideation and brainstorming
    • Ability to research and analyze the marketplace and/or accounts to find competitive information that can be included in strategic account documents
    • Maintain positivity and can-do attitude during busy periods with heavy workloads
