    Job Description:

    As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be leading the way for PowerA.com and orchestrating a world-wide rollout of digital properties across key markets. Your site management experience combined with understanding of international website best practices will be critical to your success in this role.  Complimentary to that experience, your ability drive awareness and demand through digital programs and campaigns will be the primary component to the digital growth strategy. If you have a passion for analytics, metrics, and a knowledge of site tagging logic and measurement of behavioral patterns, this may be the role for you.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Execute a top down assessment of PowerA.com and create an optimization plan to improve site performance, visitor experience, and KPIs
    • Build-out and manage site tagging strategy which incorporates advanced reporting techniques
    • Create and execute plans to roll-out localized websites in key markets across Europe and APAC
    • Maintain Powera.com and PowerA store website
    • Grow opt-in email database
    • Create and execute regular email campaigns
    • Coordinate with marketing stakeholders and cross-functional team members to plan and execute new products launches and campaigns on powera.com
    • Coordinate with Ops team to ensure high in-stock rates and quick fulfillment times at Powera.com
    • Partner with PR and social media teams to drive traffic to PowerA.com
    • Manage budget planning and spend for digital marketing and advertising activities driving to PowerA.com and partner
    • Create and drive SEO / SEM strategy
    • Manage third party service providers and ensure they are meeting or exceeding expectations


    Requirements and characteristics:

    • 7+ years digital marketing or website management experience.
    • BA degree required, marketing emphasis is a plus.
    • Experience working in video game and/or consumer electronics industries a plus.
    • Familiarity with Xbox, Playstation, and Nintendo brands a plus.
    • Experience using Google Analytics or another analytics program required.
    • Experience with Wordpress CMS required.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Ability to manage projects across multiple departments and stakeholders.
    • Strong multi-tasking skills combined with a “get it done” attitude.
    • Solid understanding of how to manage marketing budgets and spend.
    • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
    • Strong presentation skills with exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint is required.
    • Analytical, with an understanding of how to use data to drive performance.
    • Travel less than 25%
