    • Support Global Sourcing Team. To include but not limited to:
      • Placing and updating Purchase Orders
      • Order and project trackingManaging shipments of incoming and outgoing samples and provide appropriate bill to information to Logistics
      • Maintenance of library for all development, pre-pro, approved samples and production sample
      • Upkeep of Cut & Sew workroom, keep display product current, keep area organized
    • Maintaining department documentation:
      • Department SOPs
      • Import Services Intranet Site
      • Vendor files and new vendor set-up procedures
      • Compliance Partnership Manual
    • Order and maintain office supplies for department
    • Coordinate HTS final forms for custom compliance
    • Assistance with maintenance of Cut & Sew Project files
    • Support achievement of team initiatives
    • Liaise with team members in PPD Import, Logistics, Financial Services, Warehouse, Sales and all other internal partners to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Maintain exceptional attendance
    • Other as needed projects to support the team
    • Continually suggest and implement ways to lower all costs in an effort to successfully build a cost-out roadmap.

    Experience Requirements

    • 1-3 years exp supporting a fast-paced department. Previous exp in a buying team preferred.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Exp with Oracle a plus.
    • Proven customer service skills
    • Experience in textile/Cut & Sew industry a plus

    • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Lifting is done approximately 5% of day (varies from day to day).
