    Duties & Responsibilities:


    The BDA European Finance Manager serves as the primary single point of contact on all finance matters associated with BDA’s European subsidiaries. Responsibilities include:

    • Partner with Executives and the Sr. Manager of FP&A to evaluate and drive business unit performance. Business unit performance includes but is not limited to sales forecast, sales budget, margin analysis, and Opex reporting.
    • Lead recurring financial review meetings with stakeholders and develop action plans to exceed targets.
    • Manage and develop the planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly financial results processes, and their continuous innovation.
    • Utilize the company’s ERP system, Essbase, OBI (Oracle Business Intelligence), and Excel to create sales, operational and or management financial reports that are clear, accurate and actionable.
    • Provide local support to ensure that all European statutory, tax and other compliance matters are addressed for all European entities.
    • Provide local thought leadership on key financial matters such as banking, insurance, taxes, VAT, and leases.

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business related major required, MBA preferred.
    • 8+ years relevant experience in positions that require senior level business partnering and financial analysis with a proven track record of success and demonstrated career advancement.
    • Demonstrated financial acumen and/or analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
    • Skilled and experienced in negotiating client, vendor and service contracts.
    • Familiar with U.S. GAAP, UK and French statutory, VAT, tax and financial systems in an international organization.
