    We are looking for an experienced branded merchandise professional who also knows the importance of building and guiding business relationships for success.  This person knows how to keep an eye on driving revenue for their product while supporting the needs of high demands of top level executives.     Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage and develop key, high level client relationships
    • Work with NAM, Sr. Director, Client Services and client to implement C-suite sales events and strategies for growth as it relates to branded merchandise and incentives. 
    • In cooperation with teams, develop creative ideas for client’s external marketing projects, sales promotions, tradeshows, & internal corporate promotions to ensure meeting or exceeding of teams’ sales budgets and end user expectations. 
    • Research, analyze, and capitalize on market opportunities for overall client support team. 
    • Encourage overall client relations – exhibit high levels of customer service to ensure smooth operations and long-term client partnerships.  Develop positive, respectful, long-term relationships between MP, clients and all business partners while maintaining ease of process and high levels of professionalism.
    • Produce high quality service and products through knowledge of promotional products industry and product definitions. 
    • Results driven, flexible and agile.  Perform job with energy, accountability, urgency, deadlines, and passion. 
    • Minimize effects of competitive activity.
    • Must possess the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 
    • Other performance expectations as defined by management.


    Experience Requirements

    • 5+ years client facing experience providing “white glove” service required.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in promotional merchandise related industry, preferably in a sales or client service capacity.
    • Knowledge of production and/or decoration methods a plus
    • Proven track record of developing long term client relationships.
    • Experience in start-up, or highly entrepreneurial companies preferre

    • Ability to say “No” with knowledgeable justification, immediately followed by high level strategic alternatives.
    • Strong computer/technical aptitude and knowledge of managing and reporting results.
    • Knowledge of mobile technology and entertainment industry is optimal but not required
