    We are looking for a dynamic retail associate who likes to travel!  The Travel Store Associate supports all activities leading to successful sales at premium promotional merchandise pop up stores representing some of the most respected brands out there.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with the Program Manager and Retail Stores Manager to coordinate all activities related to traveling stores.
      • Planning and Scheduling.
      • Equipment (register) management
      • Register data loading.
      • Staffing and training.
      • Product ordering, tagging and shipping.
      • Supplies & Fixtures.
    • Manage onsite store setup to include:
      • Setup and troubleshoot registers.
      • Store merchandising on site to planogram or layout as directed by project management team.
      • Train and manage cash handling at store event.
      • Manage teardown and return shipments.
    • Support other store operations or programs as time allows. Responsible for overall operations and sales achievement of Travelling Stores.
    • Responsible for assisting in, developing and enforcing retail policy and procedures for traveling stores.
    • Work with IT to ensure that the current POS system is up to date and functioning to support and accurately track store sales.
    • Maximize sales by ensuring quality customer service, effective sales training and account development
    • Communicate with corporate departments (inventory, finance, product development, etc) on a regular basis in order to meet department and client needs
    • Maintain and develop productivity, financial performance and operating budgets for each traveling store.
    • Monitor performance of stores and associates, make necessary adjustments to ensure goal achievement
    • Develop client strategies in conjunction with Program Managers that support sales goals
    • Maintain high levels of professionalism when interacting with BD&A employees as well as customers
    • Identify, develop and execute procedures that streamline processes and maximize performance, sales and profitability.
    • Train and manage temporary personnel (in case we bring in a temp to help setup/breakdown, etc.)
    • Learn and explore creative solutions for unique issues using given software.
    • Provide reporting and analysis to all departments post-sale
    • Other duties as requested during slow times supporting Retail Stores, Program Managers, Product Developers and/or Sales Coordinators.

    Qualifications

    Experience Requirements:

    • 1-2 years Retail Management Experience with cash handling and key holding.
      • Computer/Internet Experience (including Microsoft Office Suite, basic hardware setup, etc). Ability to handle basic technical issues with registers (PC’s) and Software (training would be provided).
    • Traveling sale requirements will include heavy lifting, extended shifts, travel.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
