    • Full-cycle recruiter for all assigned positions at MFC
    • Responsible for building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline  
    • ICIMS- applicant tracking system daily updates to log/track recruitment workflow
    • Day to day management of reporting needs
    • Daily HRIS maintenance in Applicant Manager and documentation for hires
    • Conduct New Hire Orientation for all MFC new hires
    • Partner with other recruiters on open positions as needed

    Employee Relations

    • Assist managers with daily communication and adherence to corporate policies
    • Support managers in PIP’s, warnings and terminations


    • Review process – Initial notifications, reminders, content review, final processing
    • Research and implement new and existing employment regulations
    • Lead event planning for MFC and RMC’s in conjunction with corporate office
    • HR Reporting
    • Full Temp management for MFC
    • Oracle/Advantage entry
    • New Hire/Term process
    • Maintain employment posters for all offsite offices


    • Benefits Administration for MFC and back up to Corporate
    • Open enrollment events and support to employees


    • Admin to Director Operations, Warehouse
    • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Director
    • Other job duties and/or projects as assigned


    Experience Requirements

    • 3+ years’ experience General HR/Employee Relations/Recruiting/Benefits
    • 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources department

    Job Skills & Traits

    • Knowledge of FMLA and LOA laws and regulations
    • Knowledge, understanding and compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations relating to job duties in a warehouse environment.
    • Ability to meet established recruitment timelines
    • Excellent communications skills to all levels of organization; ability to manage up with hiring managers. E.g. scheduling, interview process, timeliness
    • Strong employee relations skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and detail management
    • General understanding of benefits administration to include health plans, 401k plans and FSA plans
    • Event planning
