    • Utilize project management skills to comprehend the critical elements of a project enabling a more rapid go to market.
    • Leads in the facilitation of a strategic plan including launch, replenishment and EOL
    • Actively and effectively manage existing product portfolio, including, phase-out, obsolescence, product enhancements, documentation, etc.
    • Identify/implement necessary tools (e.g., PLM software) by partnering with IT, Engineering, and other functions and establish standard work to monitor component obsolescence at Bill of Material level for all existing products in our portfolio.
    • Works closely with the sales, Marketing, and customer service organization to understand issues with the existing products; from features, performance, to packaging and drives changes to ‘delight’ the customer.
    • Analyzes the product line performance, including sales, profitability, volume, inventory, and works with leadership to address profitability issues.
    • Proactively oversees order milestones are accurate and provide solutions to issues

    Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
    • 3+ years of product management and/or product lifecycle experience
    • Strong technical and engineering expertise required, similar industry experience preferred
    • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
    • Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
    • Proficient in Excel, Access and Outlook
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent teamwork skills, effective project management
    • Understanding of trends impacting the overall business and product line

    Job Skills & Traits

    • Able to define product/component obsolescence risks, with mitigation, in a product portfolio.
    • Able to create and maintain an overall product roadmap to maximize the PowerA return on investment and business profitability.
    • Conduct Semi-annual product portfolio audits to determine opportunities for reducing part numbers and inventory in the system.
    • Supports Finance, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams in product phase-outs to ensure revenue, quality and customer satisfaction goals are met.
    • Competence in driving through the organization a sense of clarity addressing part obsolescence, quality improvements, and/or cost reduction initiatives.
    • Maintain high levels of professionalism when interacting with PowerA employees and clients
