This essential member of the Operations Support / L&D team will lead the facilitation of all BDA training programs. This position will be the primary liaison between the corporate office, the operations, and BDA Learning and Development teams. This position coordinates schedules and conducts employee onboarding programs for both new hires and existing associates on how to perform required work while at the same time looking for methods and opportunities for improvement. This position, at times, will require creating training programs needed for special circumstances such as supporting new company program launches and or new operations processes.
