Duties & Responsibilities - Primary client contact on assigned account(s), requiring expert understanding of the client(s) business, industry and competitors - Build and execute a marketing plan to grow organic sales, increase profitability, drive revenue and margin to exceed set annual sales budget - Manage strategic plans within contracted scope, driving for growth goals to show client ROI - Review P&L, analysis of the data and create client facing reports to show value driven by program - Expert for client contract specifics, monitoring for compliance - Manage Program expenses to budget and develop detailed program timelines - Grow existing revenues and develop new sales channels / opportunities on assigned accounts and develop up-sell opportunities in all channels - Develop and execute specific client business strategies utilizing some, or all, of BDA’s existing retail channels - Disseminate client’s program requirements and brand direction to all of BDA’s internal retail partners - Lead weekly client-team meetings, managing team results towards a specific deadline - Manage all business aspects on assigned account(s) including, but not limited to: - Sales forecasting - Budget preparation and P&L analysis - Monitor inventory levels, initial buys, re-buys, and liquidation of discontinued stock, with inventory department - Work with multiple internal teams to meet and exceed client objectives: - Store Operations to develop specific store strategiesInside Sales to develop appropriate sales strategy - Product Development to develop appropriate product lines - Publication Development to produce catalogs and web site updates - Call Center for high customer service standards - Other job duties and projects as assigned Travel Required? - Experience in garment engineering from conceptualization. - Ability to multitask in multiple seasons and launches for both men’s, women’s & unisex. - Must demonstrate strong knowledge of garment & fit construction. - Expert in writing and creating tech packs. - Must have a deep understanding of fabric. - Ability to partner with Design, Global Sourcing and Merchandising to adjust measurements, develop size grade, and be cost conscious for custom product assortment. - Must be able to lead fit sessions and modify tech packs based on fit meeting. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong resolution and troubleshooting of fabric & fit related issues. - Confidence and ability to work in a team environment to develop a consistent fit across all custom assortments. - Athletic wear and athleisure experience a must. Outerwear experience a plus. - Deliver product performance results based on strategic goals and budget expectations. - Strategic organization and planning skills to ensure on-time delivery. - Any additional tasks or projects as assigned.

-Operate shipping software consistently, accurately, repetitively and rapidly. -Follow shipping procedures for and accurate complete information to ensure delivery. -Follow Warehouse Department’s Quality Control Program and all established quality control processes. -Maintain a high level of productivity for yourself. -Ensure that all orders are shipped accurately to maintain our goal of 99.89% shipping accuracy. -Report to the Warehouse Supervisor the results of daily shipping activity. -Follow all BD&A Safety, Security and Sanitation procedures and communicate and follow-up with team members. -Other job duties and projects as assigned.

- Work with the Program Manager to coordinate all activities related to Pop-Up Shops - Planning and Scheduling - Equipment (register) management - Register data loading - Staffing and training - Product ordering, tagging and shipping - Signage - Supplies & Fixtures   Manage onsite store setup to include: - Setup and troubleshoot registers - Store merchandising lead at pop-up shop events - Train and manage cash handling at store event - Manage teardown and return shipments - Support other store operations or programs as time allows. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES - Facilitate New Hire Onboarding Training both in-person & via remote teaching. - Schedule Training classes as needed. - Ensure all New Hires credentials and accounts are set up prior to the first day of training. - Prepares and maintains all training materials for all trainings. - Grading of training activities & tests from applicable trainings in a timely manner. - Coordinate with Department Leaders when mentors are needed and communicate mentorship plans and templates via email. - Schedules training hand offs with department leadership, check in and transition meetings. - Ensures all business process changes are promptly and correctly reflected in the training classes and materials. - Always embodies the BDA Core Values & Customer Tenets. - Absorb administration for the entire organization. - Delivers Training Coaching sessions to document and ensure trainees acknowledgment. - Extract documents needed in preparation for any training attrition. - Communicates with BDA HR & BPO partners to ensure onboarding and attrition timelines are correct. - Provides feedback on training results and implications to Department Leadership. - Works with Department Leadership to create and maintain a comprehensive and accurate Training Curricula. - Ensures all business process changes are promptly and correctly reflected in the training classes and materials. - Other Training duties as assigned.

- Partners with the Operations Leadership to create annual training objectives supporting the business needs by quarter across all functions. - Works closely with the HR team to coordinate onboarding activities and new hire development training based on specific roles requirements. - Performs needs assessments to identify opportunities to improve individual productivity and business performance at the facility level. - Develop Coursework and content directed at improving performance at the individual, department, and facility levels. - Ensures consistent training activity and development needs across all functions and departments are met. - Maintains a focus and cadence on the basic training courses in Warehouse and Distribution specifically geared to improve performance measures and achievement of overall production goals, - Prepares outline of instructional program and training schedules establishing course goals. - Selects and assembles necessary materials, supplies and equipment for training and projects when required. - Creates monitors and reports on training and safety compliance for the MFC division including those related to federally mandated regulations like OSHA, HazMat and DOT.. - Confers with the Supply Chain, Logistics, Merchandising, Inventory Management, Information Technology and Human Resources team determining other training needs, content, and methods. - Ensure all performance metrics are captured, analyzed, and evaluated for continuing development in concert the L&D, HR, and Operations leadership - Partner with Operations and HR to develop effective performance improvement and career development plans for facility team members
